What Is Your Return Policy?
It is our goal to make you a happy customer. We will issue a refund or an exchange for a product within 30 days of receipt if it is in original condition (new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and with tags attached. Please be careful when trying on the products. We will not accept refunds or exchanges for products that have been tried on, but contain stains from makeup, deodorant, etc. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Exchanges are applicable to items of equal or lesser value. If the new item exceeds the value of the exchange, the customer will be responsible for the additional charges prior to the exchange.
Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. Acceptance of a Return is within our discretion. Items received that do not comply with the Return Policy will be returned to the sender.
Monogrammed or made-to-order products are not returnable or exchangeable.
If any defect exists, defective products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges (if any) and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the product. We will always refund any money using the method used to make payment provided the same is available. If not, we will issue merchandise credit
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us if you do not utilize the pre-paid return label provided by us.
What if my package is lost or missing?
Please note that an order can be delivered to a neighbor, in case a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Delivery to a neighbor address is upon judgment of the driver. Signature required orders, which cannot be delivered, will be returned to warehouse. The carrier will generally determine if the parcel can be left in a secure place at your delivery address. Your package may be returned to us if there is no safe place to leave the package at the point of delivery, where the package is safe from weather and is not visible to passersby. For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages after delivery.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
At this time, we do not offer gift certificates.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on-hand. These orders will be shipped as soon as the inventory becomes available. Please note, international orders are not eligible for pre-order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal. Please note that PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: bank accounts, and debit and credit cards without creating a PayPal account. You must have a PayPal account to use PayPal.
How is tax calculated on purchases?
Sales tax will be collected in accordance with PayPal’s policies.
Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.
Do you have a price match policy?
At this time, we do not have a price match policy.
